Lead overall creative design process and work flow for the creative services
department. Assist in creative concepts, design and production of printed and
website graphic materials for Market Development, Grassroots Marketing,
Public Relations, Video/Production, Sales, Basketball Operations, Corporate
Partnerships and Bobcats.com. Coordinate with outside graphic and print
companies in conjunction with Bobcats related projects. Maintain and Refresh
all design components of Bobcats.com. Manage design assets such as purchased
stock photos and illustrations, Bobcats logos/fonts, Player/Gameday photos.

Hired to elevate the quality of advertising design within the Cavaliers
organization. Work closely within the Cavaliers marketing department to
design all direct mail, sales collateral and internal/external promotions.
I also work directly with team vendors and printers to maintain
consistent identity across all print and web collateral. The majority of my
responsibilities cover weekly production of game programs, magazine
and newsprint advertisements; logo and poster designs; marketing
campaign materials including brochures, newsletters, indoor/outdoor
signage, direct mailings, and web/led graphics; coordinate feature photo
shoots and provide regular input on corporate projects.

One of two designers who produced several yearly catalogs from concept
to prepress. Successfully managed logo and stationary designs for key
clients under direction of creative director. Provided artistic support for
print and web development projects including clipping paths, Mac-based
graphics, photo color correction, and core-market research.
